Dedy Tien

From award-winning natural bodybuilder and martial artist to personal trainer, business & leadership coach, author, and public speaker. Dedy is a master of many guises. Renowned for his passion for taking life to the limits, and possessing a wealth of knowledge on the art of mobility training. Originally from Timor, Dedy has lived much of his life in Perth Australia, and on the tropical island of Bali where he has worked as a Personal Trainer, Writer, Personal & Leadership Coach. Dedy believes “It’s only when you have mastered the art of empowering yourself that you can truly empower others.”

I had joined Dedy's training classes a year ago and I may have to say he is no ordinary trainer. The reason I said that is because Dedy do not treat all his candidates the same even though all are in the same session. He will ask you to do those exercises at your level first and then slowly work you up. This does not mean you will be doing different type of exercise but rather do the same as the rest but sort of adjusting to your level. I personally find this type of training is not robotic but rather satisfying and also with good results. That being said it doesn't mean you will feel at ease during the session, Dedy will push you for your own good but not beyond your level. All you have to do is to work with him, you will see results and be very satisfy.
